Jane has over 20 years experience at board level, creating growth and business turnaround, achieving great results throughout her career. She was CEO and Marketing Director of the children’s footwear group Start-rite and Chief Product Officer at Clarks International. She is currently Founder and Managing Partner of Moot Consulting, offering a management consulting service to CEO’s, Senior Executives and business owners.

She has an instinctive understanding of consumer and market needs, with a sharp focus on the commercial drivers of a business.  She works with clarity and vision using her knowledge and experience to create simple transformative strategies.  Her style is open and pragmatic with a strong belief in the power of the positive energy of a team. 

Jane is an experienced and effective leader of change from whole business reorganisation, business model transformation, to process design and major systems implementation.  She uses her energy and enthusiasm to inspire teams at all levels of a business, helping them to develop and deliver strong commercial results.

Why Rezolto

Having founded her own management consulting partnership in Jan 2015 Jane has led a number of successful projects: Business turnaround, large scale strategy for global companies, smaller enterprises whose rapid expansion needed external guidance, or overseeing innovation and new product collection development.

All have involved bringing insight, challenge and an external perspective, backed by years of experience. There are times however, when projects are large scale, and they could benefit from additional specialisms or a broader network. Occasionally Boards and shareholders seek the reassurance of a larger team, with more depth of resource, so that challenges can be met on multiple fronts.

When the opportunity arose to work with Rezolto it was a perfect fit. The depth of international experience in lifestyle & consumer goods, plus the values fit of the team was an opportunity not to be missed.
