Jesper Hammer

Jesper has more than 15 years of experience doing business on the international scene. He has solid hands-on experience from managing several projects globally in ECCO Sko A/S, hummel A/S and as management consultant. He has held various positions abroad and in Denmark, most recent as CEO for a mid-sized company in Denmark.

Jesper is a good communicator, known for effective stakeholder management and high standards of practice. He is determined to create an impact and go the extra mile needed to make it happen. Recognized as an authentic and trustworthy leader who believes in and practice face-to-face sparring, and leading by example. Also, as consultant.

Education

Jesper holds a post graduate diploma from Leicester university. His final assignment “Critical analysis of the opportunity of Factory Outlet business as a strategic part of ECCO Sko A/S’s distribution strategy” clearly indicate one of his primary areas of interest; Sales, retail and distribution.

Originally, he has a military education as sergeant at the Royal Danish Engineers. Hereafter he joined ECCO International Trainee Education, at ECCO Sko A/S, being one of just seven (out of more than +300 applicants), who was appointed. Jesper started his career at ECCO being expatriated to Surabaya, Indonesia in 2001.

Alongside a practical oriented career, he has attended several courses in project management, presentation and facilitation technics and personal development such as DISC® and Enneagram®.

In 2016 Jesper completed the Certified Professional Board Member Program at Board Innovators.

Work

Jesper has been working with many different aspects of business development and concept implementation within distribution, wholesale and retail globally. He has worked with anchoring various business concepts, strategies, wholesale and retail activities in international subsidiaries as well as towards distributors and franchisee across EMEA markets mainly, but also Asian markets and Scandinavia.

Having done business in +25 countries, Jesper has gained valuable experience in building and strengthening network of distributors and franchisees while ensuring high level of brand management, profitable sales and execution with recognized International brands such as ECCO, hummel, Morsoe and Bodylab.

Jesper has a flair for quickly understanding, dealing with and further developing the business across the organization always having the customer in mind.

He is known as an enthusiastic, thorough and driven business professional with a superior strategic insight, having the ability to translate complex company strategy into operational execution.

Why Rezolto

After a corporate career of almost 15 years, Jesper decided to pursue his dreams for many years; to start a management consultancy business together with Nicolaj Løve Hansen. Behind Jespers dream (and ambition) is that sparring and being challenged by Nicolaj gives Jesper new insights and other perspectives on how to solve challenges. But wants more important; it gives Jesper a fulfillment of satisfaction as both a professional and personal development is gained when working with Nicolaj. As said when TinkTank was re-launched; when Jesper and Nicolaj work together 2+2 = 5!

The ambition for Jesper and Nicolaj was to create an international consulting business together with a team having “real-life work experience” hence having walked the talk by accomplishing 

Just before the calendar showed 2017, the foundation for expanding the business and team was in place. Very competent partners came on board, our focus and expertise became even more clear and the foundation for Rezolto was established. In January 2017, the name changed from TinkTank to Rezolto.
